Did you know why our lemon tea has such strong flavors? Because we use premium freeze-dried lemons. ❄️🍋

Not only do freeze-dried lemons taste just like fresh lemons, they also have most of their original nutrients (more than 90%!) retained. 

Freeze-dried lemons can be stored for a significantly longer period of time (more than 1 year!) and rehydrate quickly to return to a texture that is close to fresh lemons.

SO authentic tasting - must try!!!

First tried this at their milk tea workshop event in Chinatown and fell in loooove!! At that point I never traveled to HK so I only had other local HK style cafes to compare with and the tea flavor already surpassed any other lemon tea I’ve had in the past so I was hooked! Bought the kit to make at home and several others as gifts. They make such a great gift!!!

Fast forward to now and I actually ended up traveling to HK in the fall and I was shocked and pleased at how similar the flavor was so now I can definitely say it tastes authentic to the lemon tea in HK!! I love supporting small businesses especially when you can feel the founders’ passion for their craft! Love the DIY concept and bought several more for gifts to friends during the holiday season. Would definitely recommend!!!
