We ship to Canada and USA addresses.
Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping for orders that are:
- Over CA$30 in British Columbia
- Over CA$50 in other major Canadian provinces*
- Over US$60 in the USA
For orders under the threshold, a shipping fee based on the shipping destination will charged at checkout as follows:
- CA$6 within British Columbia
- CA$10 for other major Canadian provinces*
- US$12.5 for major cities in the USA
Additional shipping fee may apply to remote areas**. We do NOT ship to PO boxes.
* Excluding New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Prince Edward Island, Yukon and some remote areas, in which case, we will contact the customers directly.
** Defined by couriers.
Delivery Times
Our products are meticulously packaged by hand, as such, we may experience delays during peak seasons. In general, the estimated of delivery times for different regions are:
- British Columbia: 2-5 business days
- Other major Canadian provinces: 4-7 business days
- The USA: 4-12 business days
Shipping times begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date. Actual delivery times may vary depending on factors such as weather, holiday seasons, or carrier delays.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed, but we will inform you via email or phone.
Tracking
Your tracking number will be sent to your email address provided when checking out. Please ensure the shipping address and contact details are correct. Please write buzzer number if applicable.
