Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping for orders that are:

• Over CA$30 in British Columbia
• Over CA$40 in other major Canadian provinces*
• Over US$60 in the U.S.

For orders under the threshold, a shipping fee based on the shipping destination will charged at checkout as follows:

• CA$5 within British Columbia
• CA$8 for other major Canadian provinces*
• US$10 for major cities in the USA

Additional shipping fee may apply to remote areas**. We do NOT ship to PO boxes. 

 

* Excluding New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Prince Edward Island, Yukon and some remote areas, in which case, we will contact the customers directly.

** Defined by couriers.

 

Delivery Times

Our products are meticulously packaged by hand, as such, we may experience delays during peak seasons. In general, the estimated of delivery times for different regions are:

• British Columbia: 2-5 business days
• Other major Canadian provinces: 4-7 business days
• The USA: 4-12 business days

Black tea does not expire or spoil. However, for the most robust flavor and optimal brewing experience, we highly recommend enjoying our tea within 24 months.

To maximize shelf life, always keep your pouch tightly sealed and stored in a cool, dry spot away from direct sunlight.

Use 100 degrees Celsius boiling water for our tea.

As the black tea we use is fermented, boiling water helps extract tea taste and aroma.

Our tea filters are 100% compostable. Once you've finished brewing your tea, you can simply toss the used filter, along with the brewed tea leaves inside it, straight into your compost bin.

We recommend using once for each tea filter.

However, our tea filters are safe to reuse.
