We ship across Canada. We offer complimentary shipping for orders above $30 in British Columbia and above $50 in other major Canadian provinces.  Otherwise, a shipping fee based on the shipping destination will be charged.

Additional shipping fee may apply to remote areas, which are defined by our couriers. We do NOT ship to PO boxes.

We recommend consuming our products within 3 months of purchase for best results.

However, black tea, freeze-dried fruits and maple sugar can generally last for 6-12 months if stored in a cool and dry place.

Please use 100 degrees Celsius boiling water for our tea.

As the black tea we use is fermented, boiling water helps extract tea taste and aroma.

We recommend using once for each tea filter.

However, our tea filters are BPA non-intent and are safe to reuse.

Our products are made in Canada using premium local ingredients across Canada, except black tea, which is originated from Sri Lanka.
