Tips for Perfect Steeping

  • Boiling Water

    Boiling water makes perfect tea! Use the hottest water!

  • Measuring Tools

    Milk to tea ratio matters. Use digital scale or measuring cup for accurate results.

  • Let It Drip

    The initial pouring of boiling water will be slow as the tea filter starts to extract flavour from the tea leaves. The next few rounds of pouring will accelerate as the filter pores expand.

  • Standard Tea Cup

    Use standard tea cups (250-300mL) to allow proper hanging of tea filters and steeping of tea leaves.

Reminders

Unused evaporated milk must be consumed within 5 DAYS of opening.

Do NOT leave it in the can after opening. Pour to another container and store in the fridge.

To use after refrigeration, pour the needed portion to another container, then reheat in the microwave for 10 seconds.
