The tea is rich, smooth, and full-bodied, unlike the weak versions often found in local cafés. Each package comes thoughtfully prepared with sugar packets, premium Japanese paper filters, and a large can of Black & White evaporated milk. The instructions are clear and beginner-friendly, making it easy for anyone to recreate the HK milk tea experience. The packaging is high quality and feels well worth the price. After my first taste, I couldn't wait to share it with friends and family—it’s too good to keep to yourself. Their customer service also went above and beyond, ensuring my order arrived on time so I could enjoy it with my visiting dad. Though it takes a bit more time to prepare this cultural drink, I was initially concerned about whether the local water would affect the quality. However, their unique brewing process ensures a consistently high standard, and the experience itself is so therapeutic that it’s worth every bit of effort.
