Product Description:
A refreshing blend of black tea with balanced flavor and aroma. Easily make delicious Hong Kong lemon tea in just a few minutes, hot or iced, which is perfect for breakfast or afternoon tea.
Serving Size:
Use 7.5g (1 tablespoon) tea leaves for one cup of Hong Kong Lemon Tea.
Recommended Preparation:
Step 1: Add 7.5g (1 tablespoon) tea leaves into a tea filter, infuser or strainer.
Step 2: Add 100 degrees Celsius boiling water to tea leaves and 2 lemon slices. It is recommended to add 200-250 ml of boiling water per cup.
Step 3: Let the tea steep for 3 minutes.
Step 4: Remove tea leaves.
Step 5: Add maple sugar, white sugar or honey to the tea.
Tips:
1. Using our tea filters for Hong Kong Lemon Tea can quicken and maximize tea flavor extraction.
2. Remove lemons from tea after 10 minutes to avoid bitter taste.
3. Adding our organic maple sugar is highly recommended to give a layered flavor and to balance out the tangy and astringency taste. Alternatively, you can also add white sugar or honey.
